Weight Loss Update (or Downdate?)

No pics as of yet....but nonetheless...

Big day this morning - jogged a MILE without stopping! Also walked another 10 laps around the track. Total loss is at 15 lbs after almost 3 weeks.

Congratulations! But yeah I think I hate you :) I'm TRYING, but I'll be lucky to lose 5 pounds in three weeks. And I can WALK a mile - does that count?

Good work -- jogging a mile without stopping is a real accomplishment. 15 pounds is a great amount to lose in 3 weeks. You don't want to lose it too fast.
